I sit upon my mat, legs crossed, hands on my knees. The room is quiet, so quiet I can only hear my heart beat. I am filled with joy as I look at each child sitting on each mat facing me. They sit, legs crossed, hands on their knees, eyes close. Children meditating. I smile.
