Stomp and kick,

Shake a stick.

Screech and squeal,

Rage is real.

It’s okay to feel anger,

Get a drum and be a banger.

Find a spot and have a sit,

Hit, hit, hit.

Grunt and growl

Squeeze a towel.

It feels so good to let it out!
